Q:Can i add my logo on bag?

A:Yes, we offer customize logo. Screen Print,embroidery,woven label,rubber are all available.

Q:Can you help to make my own design? What is the sample lead time?

A:Certainly.We have own sampling room to make sample. Normally sample time is 4-10days.Please contact us and send the artwork, we will check and let you know the accurate time.

Q:How is your quality guarantee?

A:We will warranty your bags for 12 months and replace like bag for bag on the next production run if there are any manufacturer quality defects.

Q:What’s your sample policy?

A:Normally you need to pay for the sample though bank transfer,western union or paypal etc. After we receive the payment, we will  start to arrange samples. All sample charge is refundable when your order placement.

Q: What’s your delivery time?

A:It depends on the styles and quantities. Usually, the lead time is 35days- 45days.For small or urgent orders, we will do our best to arrange your order priority and pushing mass production on the basic of good quality.

Q:Do you have any cetificate for your products?

A:Yes, all our materails meet Reach standard, EN71-3,Phthalate free,Lead free, AZO free. Tested by SGS,BV.

Q:What's your payment term?

A:We accept T/T or L/C at sight.

Q: What will you do when manufacturing? 

A: We have full sets of inspection machines: Color assessment cabinets,Dying rubbing fastness test, salt spray test, strength test machine,UV test same as color cabinets machine,Vibration test, Zipper test machine etc;
